PSI QAS — Report Quality Review

PSI QAS helps law enforcement personnel review police report narratives for articulation quality, documentation gaps, offense support, and writing issues before reports move forward. It includes narrative quality review, search-and-seizure articulation review, charged offense analysis, potential uncharged offense review, a DUI-specific review workflow, spelling and grammar review, supervisor review support, and automated BOLO flyer generation.

PSI Detect — Case Analysis & Investigative Review

PSI Detect helps investigators review case documents, organize critical facts, identify leads, and generate structured investigative outputs more efficiently and with greater consistency. Features include multi-document case review, structured information extraction, timeline and event development, lead and follow-up support, professional case export, and a command oversight dashboard that gives supervisors a real-time view of bureau caseload and case progress.

PSI Trace — In Development

PSI Trace is a detective external-data tool in active development, designed to help investigators organize open-source and external information with court-defensible activity logging linked back to the case file.

Leadership

TJ Cook, Co-Founder. TJ Cook is the Co-Founder of Public Safety Intelligence (PSI) and a law enforcement supervisor with more than 15 years of experience in patrol, investigations, training, technology, real-time crime operations, and drone programs. He founded PSI to build technology designed from the perspective of the public safety professionals who use it every day, keeping officers, supervisors, and investigators at the center of every decision. Justin Adams, Co-Founder. Justin Adams is the Co-Founder of Public Safety Intelligence (PSI) and a law enforcement professional with experience in patrol, criminal investigations, public safety technology, facility security assessments, and complex case management. Since beginning his law enforcement career in 2012, he helps guide PSI product development around the real-world needs of officers, detectives, supervisors, and public safety agencies.
